Family Financial Support Group

A peer learning community where families navigating similar financial planning challenges share knowledge and practical experience.

About the Group

Learning from families who share your financial reality

Professional consulting provides structure and expertise. But there is a different kind of value in connecting with other families who are working through the same financial planning challenges in their own households.

The Fundinorio Support Group brings together families at similar life stages who are actively working on household financial planning. The group operates as a facilitated peer learning environment rather than a formal class or workshop.

Participation is open to families who are already working with Fundinorio's consulting service or who have completed an initial consultation. The group meets regularly and covers topics that rotate through the key financial planning areas relevant to each season of the year.

What the Group Offers

Four dimensions of peer support

Shared Experience

Families in the group face similar financial planning challenges. Hearing how others have approached back-to-school budgeting, holiday planning, or celebration costs provides practical context that professional advice alone cannot replicate.

Practical Knowledge Exchange

Group sessions focus on specific, actionable topics. Families share approaches that have worked in their own households, creating a repository of practical knowledge that goes beyond theoretical frameworks.

Seasonal Relevance

The group calendar follows the natural rhythm of the family financial year. Topics shift to match the financial challenges families are facing right now, whether that is September planning in summer or Christmas budgeting in autumn.

Facilitated Environment

All sessions are facilitated by a Fundinorio consultant who ensures discussions remain constructive and that accurate information is shared. The facilitator guides conversations without directing them.

Session Topics

What the group covers throughout the year

Sessions rotate through topics that align with the financial calendar of a typical Spanish family. Each session is grounded in real situations rather than abstract concepts.

January: Annual Budget Review

The new year is the natural moment to review the previous year's plan and set the framework for the twelve months ahead. The group works through the annual budget structure together.

March: Spring Expense Planning

Easter travel, spring school trips, and end-of-term activities all cluster in spring. This session helps families prepare for the March to June spending period.

June: Summer and Holiday Budgeting

With summer approaching, the group focuses on holiday budget finalisation, summer camp costs, and the transition to the quieter July and August income period for some households.

September: Back-to-School Season

The busiest financial month for most Spanish families. The group shares approaches to managing the September surge and reviews how the summer plan performed.

November: Christmas and Year-End Planning

The final session of the year focuses on Christmas budgeting, gift planning, and preparing financially for the transition into the new year.
